Haylee - 6 years old - Tallahassee Child Photographer

Haylee - awwww - I love her. I don't know where else to start but I loved her from the moment I saw her in the recovery room after her mom's c-section. She was born with a head full of hair - beautiful from day one. I see her all the time but she amazes me every time I see her. She is the kind of kid that makes people want to become parents...she did it to me. I fell in love with her before I had my family - before her - I thought all kids hated me - cried when I held them and that I just wasn't cut out for being a mom. Being that she is my best friend's child - I was granted quite a bit of exposure and she made me feel different. I don't know how else to explain it but she & her brothers are quite special to me and make me feel quite special as their "aunt b". Love you guys and loved this session - can't believe she's SIX! Enjoy!

The M Family

I've know Stephanie for years...we went to high school together - we won't say how many years! I hadn't seen her since but it was great catching up with her and meeting her family. Her boys have so much personality and they cracked me up through the whole session. Stephanie and her husband were married at Maclay so it was sentimental to have the session there. Here are a few highlights from that day :)

I had a great time guys! Let's do it again!

TraMi & Jon - Engaged!

Jon & TraMi
Engagement
Sanford, Florida
Lake Monroe

Weather?...check. Picturesque locale?...check, on the water nonetheless. Couple in love?...definitely.

As a photographer I couldn’t ask for anything more. So I was on the road again. Destination…Central Florida. Not the part with Disney, SeaWorld and Universal but an area just as beautiful without the tourists! About 45 minutes north from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando lies Sanford along the shore of Lake Monroe.

Meet Jon and TraMi. Due to wed in November in St. Augustine, I joined them prior to their Riverboat Cruise dinner upon the “Romance”. I always love to hear the “how we met” stories of my couples. Jon is a veterinarian and TraMi a paralegal. The common thread animals, but more specifically TraMi’s fur baby, her dog. He had an ear infection that required a vets attention. Jon was considered TraMi’s “next available” vet. You know the one you settle for so you don’t have to wait any longer than you have to, especially when your dog is sick. Certainly TraMi settled for the next available vet, but certainly did not have to “settle” when she found her future husband to be. From that one visit they were hooked. If only we could have those type of positive experiences at the vet!

Make sure you check out the slideshow at the end of the post!

A little shadow/hot shoe action :)

G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!

I feel so lucky to have met new friends and can't wait until their November wedding!!! Don't forget to check out their slideshow here!
